Jeff Anderson is is a Senior Executive with expertise in senior executive search, board selection, and organizational and leadership strategy.
Jeff served as Director of Alumni Relations and Former Partners Program for EY (Ernst & Young LLP) in the U.S. and Americas. He developed The EY Board and Governance Forum and managed EY’s signature marketing program for EY alumni and former partners serving F1000, R3000 and significant Private and Family owned boards. In addition, he managed a sophisticated network of senior client executives (including C-Suite) in transition throughout the US.
Jeff also served as EY’s Southeast U.S. Recruiting, HR, and Communications Leader. He oversaw all people and leadership initiatives for over 4,000 employees, partners, and executives across 22 locations. He led multiple integrations during his tenure including Puerto Rico, Florida, the Carolinas, the Caribbean, and the Arthur Andersen Southeast U.S. transactions.
Prior to joining EY, Jeff was Arthur Andersen’s Director of Recruiting based in New York and Atlanta. He developed Andersen’s (including Accenture at the time) Executive, Partner and Experienced Recruiting function for the U.S. Jeff also served as Regional Controller in Atlanta and earlier served middle market clients providing transaction and M&A support.
Jeff has been active with The United Way and the prestigious Woodruff Arts Center throughout his career. He is married and has two grown children.
